With over twenty years of design experience and meticulous attention for detail, she has a passion for creating warm and inviting living spaces. She consults clients with design projects involving space planning, architectural details, color selection, floor covering, lighting, kitchen and bath design. She assists clients in the selection of home furnishings and accessories including window treatments. Lorenza also has successful experience in managing contractors to ensure that the design concept is accomplished and executed accurately.

Her Home Staging and home organizing services enhance client’s homes for sale achieving maximum return and top dollar value. She will walk through the property, make a detailed evaluation and offer suggestions on how to improve and showcase your home in the best possible way.
